Shipping Policy

Introduction

Our shipping policy aims to explain how we ship items to you and how you can collect items in store using Click and Collect.

Please note that:

Working days are Tuesday to Saturday (excluding Tuesdays after bank holidays.)

There are no deliveries or collections during bank holidays.

Delivery Options

  • Next Day £8.95 (for orders place before 2.00 pm on weekdays)
  • Click & Collect available in store same working day (if item in stock) this is Free. If the store is closed due to COVID lockdown, then the times available for collecting items will be shown in the delivery options of the shopping cart.

All parcels are despatched in the UK by Royal Mail

With the current situation of COVID -19 please note these delivery times can vary. Please be assured we will do our very best to get you delivery as quickly as possible.

Always quote your full postcode when ordering

When the shop is open, if you place an order before 2.00pm, we aim to despatch it the same day. If the shop is closed or locked down due to COVID restrictions, then we may not be able to despatch it untill the next working day. 

Orders placed after 2.00pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Deliveries

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm) which means you will need to sign for your order. If you are not available when it is being delivered Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any delivery delays or problems out of our control caused by the carrier, however we will do everything we can to help resolve any delivery issues.

In the event of a delay/loss in the post, due to Royal Mail constraints/policy, Royal Mail can only deal with postal delays/losses from 14 working days after the delays/losses occurred. To make a claim, a lost in Post Claim Form must be completed and made to Royal Mail within 28 working days of the dispatch.
