By continuing to use this website or by placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You may print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference (print sign in the browser). These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from this website only and may differ from in-store T&Cs.
Definition of Terms Used & Governing Law
The terms “We” or “Us” refer to Cupitt Jeweller Ltd whose registered UK office is 1 Aston Road Bromsgrove B60 1AL. Our company registration number is 07563067.
The term “you” refers to the person viewing the website and/or placing the order.
“Goods and services” means any item or service offered for sale by Cupitt Jeweller Ltd on this website.
A “confirmed order” and “the contract is agreed” means an order placed by a customer and accepted by Cupitt Jeweller Ltd.
“Working days” means all days other than Sundays and Mondays and English statutory and public holidays.

The content of the pages on this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
By using the website to buy goods online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or, if you are under 18, that you are accessing the website with the consent of your parent or guardian. We do not sell goods to children online, but we do sell children’s goods for purchase by people over 18.
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website you confirm that:

Although we do our best to ensure all information on this website is correct and is as up-to-date as possible when you place an order, we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our reasonable control.
Please bear in mind that we are all human and we are all trying to do the best we can so if you spot anything please let us know and we will gladly sort it out for you.
Product dimensions listed as attributes are intended to give an approximate indication of the size of individual products.
Please note that product images are not to scale. We cannot guarantee the images and colours of our products will be represented accurately on the different computer screens or devices from which this website is accessed.
We reserve the right to refuse orders if items have been incorrectly priced or if the item is no longer available.
Our site has links to other websites which we hope you will find useful. We offer these in good faith, but please note that the nature, content and availability of these external sites is out of our control so we can’t recommend them or endorse any views expressed within them.
It is flattering of you to wish to create a link to our website, but please ask us for written consent first. If you do so without informing us first it is at your own risk.
We work hard to keep our website available to you every day of the year, but sometimes technology can be challenging. If we experience a problem, we will aim to resolve it as soon as possible to put things right and limit the inconvenience to your shopping experience so please bear with us.

Most of our products sold online are available in store.
Some of our products sold in store might not yet be available for purchasing online as we are a small team so please give us a call if you are after something in particular as we will always try to help whatever your request.
In the event that an item becomes unavailable once ordered you will be informed straight away and offered an alternative or a short waiting period if the same product can be ordered for you or a full refund. All products are subject to availability at the time of order.
Prices throughout our website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and prices include VAT. The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the goods has since changed (unless an error has been made).
Your payment card will be debited for your order 3 working days prior to dispatch of your goods.

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note orders will only be dispatched once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. If there is a delay from your card issuer we will not be liable as it is out of our control. Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.
After you have placed your order
We will send you, as soon as possible, an email acknowledging your order. It will confirm the goods you ordered. This email is not an order acceptance from us. When we dispatch your goods, we will send you a confirmation email. This means we formally accept the order, and are obliged to complete the contract. We will not be in a position to accept your order if:
- We do not have the goods in stock (i.e: On the rare occasion they could have just been sold in store)
- Your payment is not authorised
- There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods
- It has been cancelled by yourself in accordance with the cancellation instructions. Please refer to our Return information page
- We reserve the right to refuse any order, or dispatch any goods, at our total discretion
Promotions & Special Offers
If a free gift is offered with purchase it is valid while stocks last.
An unwanted free gift with purchase is not exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
In the event a gift with purchase has been given and the item wished to be returned you must return both the item you paid for and the free gift. Your legal rights remain unaffected. If an item is reduced in price (for example, half price) online the postage charges will be applied as per normal at the checkout.
Sale Terms & Conditions
When Cupitt Jeweller has a sale, the date is clearly communicated online.
Once the sale is finished Cupitt’s reserve the right to withdraw items from sale and reverting them back to their original price.
A sale is applicable on sale items only.
A sale is while stock lasts.
The sale is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
If an item in sale need customising such as a ring size etc, an additional charge would be applied accordingly.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has a right to return the goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return.
